Terms & Conditions – Royal Furniture Point

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Royal Furniture Point. By engaging with our company, placing an order, or availing any of our services, the client agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Work

Royal Furniture Point provides commercial interior design, execution, and custom furniture manufacturing services as per the mutually agreed proposal, drawings, and specifications. Any additional work outside the approved scope will be treated as extra and charged separately.

2. Design & Approval

All designs, layouts, drawings, and 3D visuals shared remain the intellectual property of Royal Furniture Point unless otherwise agreed in writing. Final execution will commence only after written design approval from the client.

3. Payment Terms

Payments must be made strictly as per the agreed payment schedule. Delay in payments may result in work suspension without any liability on Royal Furniture Point. Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Timelines

Project timelines are estimated and subject to change due to site conditions, material availability, client approvals, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances. Royal Furniture Point shall not be held liable for delays caused beyond its control.

5. Materials & Finishes

Materials and finishes will be as specified in the approved BOQ or agreement. Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to manufacturing or natural material characteristics shall be considered acceptable.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must ensure site readiness, clear access, timely approvals, and availability of utilities such as electricity and water during execution. Any delay caused due to client-side issues may affect project timelines and costs.

7. Warranty

Warranty, if applicable, is limited to workmanship and manufacturing defects for a specified period as mentioned in the agreement. Warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, normal wear and tear, water seepage, electrical issues, or third-party interference.

8. Cancellation & Termination

In case of project cancellation after work commencement, the client is liable to pay for work completed, materials procured, and design services rendered. Any advance paid shall be adjusted accordingly and is non-refundable.

9. Liability Limitation

Royal Furniture Point shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the work executed under the agreement.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, concepts, and content created by Royal Furniture Point remain its intellectual property and may not be reused, shared, or replicated without written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. In case of unresolved disputes, they shall be subject to arbitration and governed under Indian laws. Jurisdiction shall be limited to the company’s registered location.

12. Amendments

Royal Furniture Point reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms shall be applicable from the date of publication.
